Pet Apparel finds a Note of Timelessness with Beasty Bling

LOS ANGELES, CA, March 16, 2010 /Fashion PR News/ -- Often we hear the phrase "timeless fashion" and this has several implied meanings and associations. Timeless fashion doesn't usually conjure up ideas related to styling our pets, but there is a precedent for this concept and it is essentially an extension of what we would do for ourselves.
In today's consumer consciousness many adhere to 'what is good for me is good for my pet.' Gucci also has an assortment of pet products, including dog collars and leashes, with their classic brand logo. It's fair to say people who purchase these products do so to separate them and their pets from the ordinary. In addition, when you purchase a luxury product it promises quality, exquisite materials, beautiful workmanship and unique design.
Luxury purchases are often associated with a sense of timelessness - they're trend proof. Not only does cost limit accessibility but in many cases luxury brands offer limited editions. Often timeless fashion has an artisanal quality implying handcrafted, using traditional methods. The Aston Martin is a luxury auto that has a hand-built engine. The Bentley boasts a handcrafted interior and the Jaguar recently offered a limited edition.
I'm not proposing that Beasty Bling is the same in every facet as these companies, but it is cut from the same cloth, so to speak.
