Ms. Lu has been the owner of Atny Group, Inc., for 13 years. Her expertise includes knits, woven fabrics, and wool and down jackets. In her position, she oversees customer development and marketing, leads the designer team in collecting new designs and providing customers with new patterns, and manages sourcing and quality control. Ms. Lu's mother originally established the manufacturing business in Taiwan, but Ms. Lu set up manufacture in Dong Guan, China. The facility is capable of producing knit and women garments for men, women, juniors and children.
Ms. Lu studied business management at the University of Yamanashi in Japan. She attributes her success to her confidence, honesty, ability to lower costs for clients, and reliability. In the near future, she hopes to find sources of organic cotton and other fabrics for use in affordable garments.
