"New Men's Product Merges Sexy with Science to Boost Chances of Conceiving"

STUD, the brainchild of natural fertility expert Dr Spence Pentland and momprenuer Chantal Pentland, is a revolutionary new concept in men's underwear that merges sexy with science to help couples optimize their chances of conceiving

VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA, November 16, 2011 /Fashion PR News/ -- Infertility now affects at least one in six couples in North America with male factors accounting for 40 % of fertility issues. Modern medicine hasn't much to offer men to help improve sperm count. But a new brand of male underwear --STUD - launched in Vancouver, BC, may be about to change all that.

STUD, the brainchild of natural fertility expert Dr Spence Pentland and momprenuer Chantal Pentland, is a revolutionary new concept in men's underwear that merges sexy with science to help couples optimize their chances of conceiving.

Locally made of mesh, bamboo and organic cotton, these "high performance" briefs are anatomically engineered to keep things cool by improving air circulation while, at the same time, looking so hot they are sure spice things up in the bedroom.

STUD has already found some satisfied customers. Mellisa and her husband--both patients of Spence-- had been trying to conceive for 3 years when they decided to give STUD a try.

"After 6 rounds of fertility treatment we decided to try in vitro fertilization (IVF) and we wanted to do everything we could to maximize our chances of getting pregnant. I was doing acupuncture and Dr. Pentland told me about this new underwear could optimize the environment for sperm. Well I don't know for sure if it was STUD underwear that did it, but I had a record number of my eggs fertilized in our first IVF cycle. It was like super sperm—and now we are 15 weeks pregnant!"

STUD has also garnered the approval of fertility experts. Dr. Ellington, inventor of Pre-Seed states "STUD underwear was developed to counteract increases in scrotal temperature that occur during a man's everyday life. Keeping things cool optimizes a man's sperm quality. Plus, this is a great looking product"

Reproductive endocrinologist Dr Jeff Roberts, co director of Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine, says, "With the struggles and stresses of infertility typically comes the loss of sexuality. Far too much emphasis is placed on the mechanics of conception. This product [STUD] is the first I've seen that addresses intimacy."

Melissa and her husband aren't the only ones that can speak to the procreative power of STUD. Chantal and hubby, who "tested" the briefs during development, have just had their own little STUDling—a sibling for two year old Salix.

STUD underwear retails for $57.99 and it can be found at these retail outlets or online at www.studbriefs.com
